How do I get the most accurate result?
Stand facing a window in natural daylight, without makeup or filters, glasses off and some hair visible. Yellow indoor bulbs, screens and strong shadows change the colours the camera sees.
My result doesn't feel right
Colour seasons sit on a spectrum, and photos vary a lot with light. Check the "You're also close to…" season on your result, and try another selfie in daylight. Cromia shows how confident it is: "Close call" means two seasons were almost tied.
Do I need an account?
No. Cromia 2.0 has no account or login. Results from the previous version, which used an online account, can't be carried over; just take a new selfie.
Where are my photos stored?
Only on your iPhone, inside the app. They're never uploaded. See the Privacy Policy.
What is the on-device AI download?
An optional ~650 MB model that writes a personal explanation of your result, fully offline. You can download or remove it in Settings → On-device AI. Cromia works without it.
How do I delete my data?
Delete a single result from its menu, use Settings → Delete all analyses, or delete the app.
